Our forms use FormSubmit to process your submission and deliver it to our business email. FormSubmit’s published documentation states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. This provider retention period does not determine how long email correspondence is retained by Gillock CPA.

The submission process uses spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA. These providers process information under their own policies: FormSubmit privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Keep Confidential Documents Out of Public Forms

These forms are for general inquiries, not confidential document transfer. Do not include Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank or credit card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information. Contact us first to confirm the appropriate method for sharing documents. Submitting an inquiry does not establish an engagement.
